Last term in 2 Blue we were learning about Fairy Tales. We learned that you can write new Fairy Tales by making up your own, mixing up ones we already know and changing some of the things that we already know. We decided to write a Fairy Tale as a whole class by changing some of the things we already knew and mixing up The Gingerbread Man and The 3 Little Pigs. We have been learning about the Olympics and the sports that are played. Here are some boys from 2 Blue being interviewed about their favourite sports.

What is your favourite sport?

The Olympics were an exciting event that we followed in 2 Blue. We were so proud of our Australian team. Here are some Fotobabbles we created which shows how successful Australia was at this year’s Olympics.

Did you follow the Olympics? How well did your country do?

Hi there!  We are a Year 2 class from Brisbane in Australia.  Our teacher’s name is Miss Cridland.  We recently participated in Pass The Blog which is a cool project where one blog is passed from class to class all over the world for one whole year! We really enjoyed Pass The Blog and so we have decided to start our own blog.
